The SteamID64 of your API account must be on the partner allowlist; otherwise every call returns **403**. Contact Mannco.store to apply. Regular users should use the standard instant sell endpoints. Returns the instant sell quote for **another** Steam user's tradable inventory: the user identified by `userid`, not the caller. The payload is the same as `GET /deposit/instantSell/{game}` for that user. This call does not create a deposit and does not move items. Each row is one buy order tier. Rows you can sell have `instant_sell_price` and a `depositkey` object. Rows you can't sell have `disabled` and `depositkey: ""`. The `depositkey` values are bound to `userid` and to these asset ids. Send them to `POST /deposit/trade/instant/thirdparty` with the same `steamid`. The Steam snapshot is cached for 5 minutes and there is no `force` option. Prices are recalculated on every call. A private inventory, or Steam being down with no cached snapshot, returns `informations: []`.
